If you are a business in St. John’s, you can avail of the curbside collection service provided to residents, as long as you abide by the residential rules and regulations; for example:
- bags are placed to the curb between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. on the collection day
- there are 10 bags or less each of garbage or recycling
- each bag is 50 pounds or less

IMPORTANT: Rather than avail of the City's collection service, many businesses hire private contractors to collect their waste. These contractors require a valid waste disposal permit and will be subject to the appropriate tipping fees at the Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility.
